How can I cancel my order?Updated 23 days ago

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it. Our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately after checkout to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible. This means we cannot intercept or stop orders once they’re in motion.

We recommend double-checking your cart and shipping details before submitting your order. If you no longer want the items once they arrive, you're welcome to return eligible products in accordance with our Return Policy.


What about subscriptions?

At this time, subscription orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are created. Our system processes these automatically to ensure you receive your favorite products right on schedule.

If you no longer wish to receive future subscription shipments, we recommend logging into your account and disabling your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
